94 houses were sold in West Vancouver during June 2014, 18 houses more than June 2013. The median price of houses sold in West Vancouver was $2,135,000 in June 2014 which is $390,000 more than the median price of $1,745,000 in June 2013. This represents 22.35% increase in the median selling price for houses in West Vancouver year over year.

420 houses were sold in West Vancouver from January to June 2014, 85 houses more than the same period in 2013. The media price of houses sold in West Vancouver was $2,120,000 in the first 6 months of 2014, an increase of $317,500 from $1,802,500 in the same period in 2013. This represents a 17.61% increase in the median selling price for houses in West Vancouver year over year.
